Opening Times
HERITAGE CENTRE NOW OPEN FOR 2026
The Heritage Centre is normally open to the general public from 2:30pm to 5:00pm on Wednesday to Sunday. When Gulliver’s World is open the Heritage Centre is open Wednesday to Sunday to all visitors who attend the Theme Park as part of their entrance package from 10:30am to 2:30pm. For educational visits, Heritage Centre guided tours, out of normal hours visits or any other information, please contact: john.cotterill@rafburtonwood.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE: The Heritage Centre may be closed on certain days throughout the year to enable attendance at official parades, shows and remembrance events. To avoid disappointment, especially if you are travelling a great distance or are visiting from overseas, please contact us at the above email address to confirm the Heritage Centre will be accessible.
The Heritage Centre is usually closed in January for annual maintenance work.

Visiting the RAF Burtonwood Heritage Centre
The RAF Burtonwood Heritage Centre is situated at Gulliver’s World, itself situated on part of the RAF Burtonwood Airbase.
Admission to the Heritage Centre is free, we are a donation based charity. The entrance is situated on Gulliver’s World car park.
The Centre is normally open to the General Public Wednesday to Sunday 2:30pm until 5.00pm although it is possible to arrange visits outside these hours by prior arrangement.
It isn’t necessary the go into the Theme Park to gain entrance to the Heritage Centre.
If you are visiting Gulliver’s World a visit to the Heritage Centre is included in your entrance fee to the park.
